Operations Division

The Operations Division is commanded by Captain Kevin Creasman and consists of the Patrol, Investigation, School Resource, and Telecommunicator sections. Captain Creasman graduated from Brevard High School and lives in Pisgah Forest. He started with the Sheriff's Office in June of 1992 and has served as a Patrol Officer, Shift Sergeant, Lieutenant, and currently serves as the Operations Division Commander. Captain Creasman has served on the departments Special Response Team (SRT) as a member, team leader, and Team Commander. He is a general law enforcement instructor and a specialized instructor for firearms, sub-machine guns, chemical weapons, "flash bang" compression weapons, and non-lethal impact weapons. Captain Creasman has also served as a Field Training Officer (FTO) and as the FTO Program Supervisor.
