Rosman High School & SRO Supervisor

In addition to serving as the SRO at Rosman High, Sergeant Stroup serves as the SRO supervisor for the Sheriff's Office. Sgt. Greg Stroup is a 1982 graduate of Rosman High School. He completed his law enforcement training at Asheville-Buncombe Technical School in 1993. He began his career as a law enforcement officer in 1993 and in 2001 became the School Resource Officer at Rosman High School. He has been married for twenty-one years and has three children who all attend school at Rosman. He enjoys law enforcement and also working with teenagers. It makes it possible for him to have the best of both worlds. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and fishing.
